Urgent Action Alert for Wake County Pro-Life Citizens: Wake Commissioners to Vote on Abortion Coverage

Pro-life citizens need to be aware that the Wake County Board of Commissioners will once again weigh in on taxpayer funded abortions, Monday, March 15. Wake citizens should contact the County Commissioners and urge them not to ratify any county health insurance plan that funds employees’ elective abortions. The amended plan should stand that states: “Abortions will be covered only in the case of medical necessity where the life of the mother is endangered or the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest.”
