Christian Action League
The Christian Action League, an affiliate of the American Family Association, now has two new features for your listening pleasure on its web site. In the upper right corner at the top of the right margin, you can read “American Family Radio.” Just beneath “American Family Radio,” you will find “AFR Talk.” If you click on these with your computer’s mouse, you’ll be immediately taken to the best in Christian radio and Christian Talk radio. So whether you are at home or work, 24 hours a day, you can enjoy edifying and inspirational Christian broadcasting.
American Family Radio describes itself in this way:
AFR was launched by Rev. Donald Wildmon in 1991 as a ministry of the American Family Association, with the flagship station being WAFR in Tupelo, Mississippi.
AFR airs original programs such as Today’s Issues, hosted by AFA president Tim Wildmon, and AFA Report, “a daily panel discussion with members of the AFA staff regarding hot-button issues of the day”, formerly hosted by AFA founder Don Wildmon. AFR also airs nationally syndicated programs such as Focus on the Family and The Michael Reagan Talk Show, as well as contemporary Christian music by various artists.
“I’m really excited about this new feature on our web site,” said Dr. Mark Creech, executive director of the Christian Action League. “It’s just one way the League partners with other faithful Christian organizations in assisting North Carolinians to live by a strong Christian worldview.”
