Christians need to stand up for Jesus and take back the rights that are being taken from us. My prayers are with every christian that takes a stand. Thank you for the stand that you have taken.

Acts16:36-40
When day light came, the chief magistrates sent the police to say,"Release therse men!" The jailer reported these words to Paul:"The magistrates have sent orders for you to be released. So go in peace." But Paul said,They beat us in public without a trial, although we are Roman[American]citizens, and threw us in jail. And now are they going to smuggle us out secretly? Certainly not! On the contrary, let them come themselves and escort us out!" Then the police reported these words to the magistrates. And they were afraid when they heard that Paul and Silas were Roman[American] citizens. So they came and apologized to them, and escorting them out, they urged them to leave town. After leaving the jail, they came to Lydiashouse where they saw and encouraged the brethren and departed.
NOTHING IS NEW UNDER THE SUN! YOU ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS AND HAVE RIGHTS! STAND UP LIKE PAUL. YOU WILL ENCOURAGE THE BELIEVERS OF THE USA TO DO THE SAME.

[...] The Christian Action League reports: “It’s been two weeks since police arrested brothers Jesse and Matthew Boyd for sharing their faith on a public street during the Jaycees’ ‘Hickory Alive’ event. And as of July 11, the city had yet to drop the charges or apologize for violating the pair’s First Amendment right to free speech.” [...]

Sharing of the gospel is not against the law when the sharing is mutual and not done in a way that disrupts others attending an event. Perhaps the brothers were a little less aggressive the second time. There is always three sides to a story...yours, mine, and what really happened. The city of Hickory is blessed with many fine police officers, and I am sure the arresting officers were doing their job to the best of their ability.

Why is it that we Christians cannot voice our "options" or "religion" or any other matter or issue, but the LIBERALS and the "left" can say whatever they want to and where ever they want to and that’s their right. WHAT ABOUT OUR RIGHTS? Do we not have any? We have to put up with VULGAR language in the work place, on the streets, and other places – but that is their right! But we cannot share the GOSPEL using respectable language and being alarmed about about the ETERNAL WELFARE of others!

When I was a chaplain in the US Army, I was told by my "superiors" that I could not PREACH THE WORD unless I "watered it down". I was also told that I had to serve wine during communion (even thought I believe in TOTAL ABSENCE of alcohol). I was told that I had to respect the "believes" of others... What about MY believes? I DID NOT SERVE the WINE and took a "hit" on my "Officer Evaluation Report".
Again, when we stand for what the BIBLE - GOD'S WORD states and what we believe, we are violating the rights of others... "WHAT ABOUT OUR RIGHTS?" and our responsibilities to share the GOSPEL to a lost world!!!

We will answer to ALMIGHTY GOD HIMSELF, not just a worldly person that sits on the bench in a court of
man’s law! We should NOT ONLY PRAY for the Boyd’s and the Full Proof Gospel Ministries, but also for those responsible for this TRAVESTY of injustice and discrimination!

I agree... we better wake up! Hickory needs the Gospel very badly because the majority of people their don't go to Church, I know, I'm from there.

The sad thing is... they wouldn't have gotten arrested if they were handing out wet t-shirt contest flyers for the local bar.
