I have supported McDonald's through the years, oddly enough, because of their family values that they have promoted, and their willingness to promote their own company without casting a disparity on other companies. I never have liked their food. The real sad thing about this is the separation they have from Christ. I will pray that the company executives will draw closer to our Lord. And now, I have no reason whatsoever to go there.

Real love does not allow an alcoholic to continue in a dangerous and destructive set of choices. You do all you can do to encourage they stop. You may even go to the so-called-friend who's encouraging them to get drunk and ask they stop inviting him to parties. Seems to me that's what's going on here. The overwhelming majority of men who have sex with other men (sorry to be so graphic, but that is what we are talking about here) will die early. It's a medical fact. So we have 3 responses.

1. Tell them it's deadly (and I'm not even talking spiritually here yet).
2. Do nothing; which is actually what AFA is calling MCD to do. So much for "forcing beliefs".
3. Ignore the truth and let them do what feels good to them, even though it will kill them and keep them from a right relationship with God.

Personally, I'd like MCD to take option 1. But the comment from g.a.b. above is right. You can't force a corporation to believe like you do. You can however, ask they go back to selling happy meals and get out of the culture war.

I'd encourage all people to go to www.hopeforhomosexuals.com. It's a great website that also speaks the truth.

It is truly tragic that McDonald's, a company whose fortunes are due in no small part to the traditional family, has now taken up a cause that runs directly counter to it.

It occurs to me that the ten commendments hae gone right out the window. The bible never mentioned love thy neighbor only if they believe the same things as you. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so why do you feel the need to force your opinion on others?

Disgraceful. That is what it is! I will say no more, because to do so would put me where I do not wish to be.
