When the charges were dropped that is the time to IMMEDIATELY sue the police for wrongful arrest, violaton of civil rights and harrasment. Also when you sue the police and other such bodies force them as part of the deal to STATE IN WRITING that they will NOT arrest people for voicing the CHRISTIAN faith on the street corners etc. Make sure you have them say the CHRISTIAN faith not just 'faith' or 'religion'. Catholics, Protestants, Evangelicals, Orthodox, and even conservatives who are not relgious but understand that freedom of religion and of speech must be protected must act IMMEDIATELY in such situations. SUE THE POLICE AS SOON AS THEY DROP THE CHARGES. We were standing in the street listening to two young preachers reading the King James Bible and preaching. Two city police cars with several policemen in each car. They took the two preachers in handcuffs away and did not reply to our inquires as to why they were being arrested.
